2020 Patient Surveys Results are in.... !
As many of you know in the first Covid-19 pandemic lock down we sent out two patient surveys to ask what our lovely patients really thought about us. With their agreement time we wanted to share the results with you all. Obviously we were very pleased with the results!
Here is a brief summary of the important percentages of our performance levels;
A staggering 100% of respondents were satisfied with the level of communication received by their practitioner during treatment, and 100% of patients had their treatment expectations met.
Overall improvement from treatment was scored at 8.5 out 10, with 0% of patients got worse and 0% didn’t improve.
That 91% were ‘very satisfied’ with the reception and booking service, 83% were ‘very satisfied’ with the practice facilities. 87% were ‘very satisfied’ with treatment and 94% were at least 'satisfied' with the treatment they received.

73.34% reported their symptoms improved at the time of treatment and continued to improve for the next few weeks, and years.
93.33% patients reported that they received self-help advice, with 80% saying that postural advice and exercise helped most.
93.33% of our patient thought that we were good value for money and all our patients surveyed said they would recommend us!
