For Clients with Private Healthcare Insurance

Our practitioners are registered with AXA Healthcare, Healix, WPA, Simply Health and most other Insurance Companies & Healthcare providers. When you book your appointment please inform our receptionist if your treatment is to be covered by Private Healthcare Insurance. We can then ensure you see the right person. It is important that patients check prior to treatment about the terms and conditions of their individual policies, as Osteopathic Therapy Ltd cannot be held responsible for any later disputes regarding the settlement of fees. It is also a good idea to confirm with your insurance provider as to whether or not you need a referral from your GP.

Please bring any Membership, Case or Authorisation numbers that your insurance company have given you, as we will need these to bill your insurance company on your behalf. Before we are able to give you our services on account, you will be required to sign an agreement that you will cover the costs of any treatment if your Insurance Company declines payment.

Unfortunately BUPA, Aviva and Vitality have limited their treatment costs making their cover unviable, therefore we cannot invoice directly on your behalf. We are happy to provide you with a receipt on payments that you can forward to them yourselves.
