Under 16's receive a discount per Follow-up osteopathy or physiotherapy treatments of £58 (£60 from 1 April 2026)

Babies under 6 weeks Initial Assessment charged at £60 (£62 from 1st April 2026)

Appointment cancellation policy
Appointments are made subject to a minimum of 24 hours notice of change or cancellation. If 24 hours notice is not received then the full treatment fee may be payable.

For Clients using Private Healthcare Insurance
Our practitioners are registered with most other Insurance Companies & Healthcare providers including AXA Healthcare, Healix, Exeter and WPA. When you book your appointment please inform us if your treatment is to be covered by Private Healthcare Insurance, and you wish us to bill them directly on your behalf. It is important that patients check prior to treatment about the terms and conditions of their individual policies, as Osteopathic Therapy Ltd cannot be held responsible for any later disputes regarding the settlement of fees. 

We will require your Membership, Case or Authorisation numbers from your insurance company before you receive treatment to make the claim on your behalf.  Alternatively you can pay at the time of treatment, and we can provide you with a receipt, which you can use to claim from the insurance company yourself.

Unfortunately we are no longer able to bill BUPA, Aviva or Vitality Healthcare directly on your behalf due to their unreasonable payment terms.  However you are welcome to pay at the time of treatment and claim back directly yourself.
