By continuing to book an appointment we will be assumed that you agree to our terms and conditions of treatment.
This includes an agreement to pay all invoices on receipt.
If the invoice is not paid within 7 days you may incur an additional administration fees.
We request you give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointments whenever possible, or there will be a charge.
New patients are requested to complete the online form (patient information and medical history form) attached to your appointment confirmation BEFORE your initial appointment. If you are not able to do this please inform us and we can help you with this.
Please be aware of the possible side effects of manual treatment. Like most forms of treatment, including medication, there can be side effects. We are obliged to inform you that some side effects do exist and we will always try to discuss this with you and ask for your consent to administer treatment. Please be aware side effects can vary from person to person, and we could not possibly list every possible side effect for each individual person or procedure. The most common side effect, though not experienced by everybody, is some discomfort or soreness after treatment, usually between about 24 and 48 hours afterwards.
There are more potentially extreme side effects particularly from neck manipulation. These are extremely rare, but given it’s severity we are obliged to tell you about this risk, although the risk is very very small, it does exist. Please do not hesitate to ask about it and we can discuss this with you.
