Sports massage are go......
I hope you are having a good summer so far and you have found ways to keep moving safely on the hotter days we have been experiencing.
Dare I say Autumn is just around the corner with morning runs beginning to take on a crisper feel, the football season is getting underway or maybe it’s time to take a well-earned break after a season of triathlon racing and training! From the 3 September, I will be taking over the reins from Matt on Saturday mornings to help you with your massage goals as he leaves the clinic to begin his career in Physiotherapy. Good luck Matt!
Also this Autumn I will be attending a short course for rehabilitation in sport and exercise. This will build on the skills I already have to help you maintain or develop your fitness. It also focuses on improving flexibility, muscular endurance and strength, and to support you with any recovery, from early to later stages, within a sports massage treatment. Of course these skills can also be used for rehabiliation and recovery from everyday activities.
Just a reminder massage appointments are available on Wednesday 2.30 – 6.30. Fridays 2p.m – 5 p.m. and alternate Saturday mornings 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
